Jordyn is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who believes movement is one of the most powerful tools we have to maximize our lives. She is passionate about helping people not only get out of pain, but become stronger, more confident, and better equipped to live the life they want.

Her clinical interests include working with runners and endurance athletes, back pain, and active adults who want to stay strong and continue doing the things they love. She also has a passion for nutrition and believes meaningful recovery goes beyond simply treating pain. By considering the whole person, she aims to equip each patient with the knowledge and tools they need to take ownership of their health, build resilience, and leave better than they were before their pain began.

Whether the goal is running a race, getting back to the gym, staying strong for the next chapter of life, or simply enjoying time with the people and activities that matter most, Jordyn is ready to partner with you to move better, live stronger, and get back to what makes life meaningful.
